In the app (fastest)
- Open Marine Mitra and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
This takes effect immediately — no waiting period, no support ticket needed. Your name, phone number and email are removed from our systems and sign-in to that account is permanently disabled.
What happens to your data
- Removed: your name, phone number, email address, and ability to sign in.
- Kept, but no longer tied to you personally: farm records (ponds, daily logs, harvests) on a farm you shared with other team members, so a departing manager's history doesn't erase the farm owner's records. These rows no longer carry your name or contact details.
No app installed / can't sign in?
Email us at privacy@example.com from the address or phone number on the account, and we will process the deletion within a few business days.
